It’s hard to believe that was over a decade ago! SOLID’s online Enterprise Solutions (ES4U) is a comprehensive, real-time data management system that gives you access to all of the account data we maintain. Continuously innovated to become your premier facilities management platform, this exclusive global resource allows client logins directly through our website via a secure custom username and password. The service provides full access to client accounts and maintenance plans for completion of the following tasks 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year (24/7/365):
- Access to color-coded floor plans of facilities around the country
- View of previous job orders to include ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos from each service, and scheduled surface care cleanings
- View of upcoming job orders/scheduled facility maintenance and request changes
- Marking of floor plans to indicate specific areas of carpet, wood or stone, for example, which require special attention
- Request for additional services online in conjunction with upcoming services, allowing clients to save time and money
Quality Assurance and Reporting
The ES4U platform allows the SOLID account management team to deliver vital fulfillment reports quarterly, annually, or whenever a facility or property manager needs them to review contract fulfillment and emergency requests throughout the year.
Offering the best surface care results is our guarantee. After every service, SOLID clients automatically receive an email asking them to rate our work. The results of these reports are important to each member of the team and tracked. If a score received is less than 4 out of 5 on our Quality Assurance Survey (QAS), the Facilities Manager will receive an automatic follow up from a SOLID representative.

Our craftsmen and technicians are equipped with tablets and smartphones that allow them to access work orders and job sheets electronically – no more carrying around loose papers. As technicians work, they’re able to photograph surfaces, securely uploading comparative ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos directly to the client’s ES4U account which will be accessible the following day.
PLAN – DO – CHECK – ACT
SOLID aims to take flooring maintenance and surface care off of the to-do list of the facilities managers we work with. We meticulously audit facilities at which we deliver service and provide facility and property managers with a plan that will restore (if necessary) and proactively care for their facility year-round.
Our Operations Managers and Schedulers vigilantly schedule agreed upon services, so our clients don’t have to worry about calling us. Instead, we call you and work with your demanding schedule. We check our work through photography, written notes, QAS and fulfillment reports.
And, if anything doesn’t pass these checks, we’ll act immediately to make it right. That’s a solid promise!
