Yes. This is active enrollment, so you must complete enrollment in UKG. If you currently have coverage and do nothing, it will end October 31, 2026.
Log in to UKG and select the Open Enrollment tile.
It's a 1-2-3 medical plan available only in certain home ZIP codes. It uses a smaller group of doctors and hospitals than the Blue Options network.
UKG will show the Blue Options 1-2-3 Plan instead.
Use the Blue Cross NC Blue HPN page to check your ZIP code and follow the provider-search instructions before choosing the plan.
Generally, you can't make changes until the next Open Enrollment unless you have a qualifying life event. Contact HR if you have questions.
